Autour des gorges de Kalbarri se sont des millions de fleurs qu'on ne trouve qu'en WA, et des milliers d'arbustes tel que Acacia aux fleurs jaunes, Melaleuca aux fleurs roses...

Denham to Kalbarri. Today we drove from Denham to Kalbarri, stopping along the way at Kalbarri National park where we did the Ross Graham gorge walk and also had lunch at Hawks Head overlooking the Murchison River.

Most of the places up the west coast are most beautiful but at the same time quite boring so not too many stories or debauchery! Natures window and the Z-bend were very impressive and well worth the visit. The pictures don't quite do them Justice but are still pretty striking all the same

Unfortunately when we were coming down the coast from Broome Karijini National Park was closed so we didnt get to see its splender. To compensate for that we decided to go to Kalbarri National Park to check out a few Gorges and I have to say they were absolutley Gorges.

We got to Kalbarri after a couple of hours drive, the journeys are getting pretty short now and I'm glad of it, the long drives just take it out of you. We found a caravan park in the town and settled down for the night, we had a couple of nice Aussie teachers for neighbours, and had a little chat to them, although he wouldn't invite me to play ...
