... and heard the Howler monkeys. The fourth type of monkey in the area, Spider monkeys have escaped us to date.




We have now managed to book some accommodation in Panama for Carneval so we are presently working out how to get there and what we want to see in Southern Costa Rica on our way. See where we get to in the next blog.

It started to rain pretty hard, and we knew we wanted to spend some time on the beach still, so we took a taxi back to the hotel, dropped off our trinkets, and then got ready for the beach. ... to see some fun animals. We saw lots of sloths and monkeys as well as some birds, frogs and lizards. Even saw some raccoons on the beach. It was so crazy being in the park with so many people. We didn't stay too long. We didn't like the crowds, we liked the peace and quiet at our resort! haha That night we enjoyed another nice dinner at the resort.
