      ... was as interested in the boat ride as I was the Fort, except, of course, for the fact that I got another stamp in my National Park Passport Stamp Book. If you have followed my blogs you know that any time I get a new stamp it is like getting a new toy. It's always my favorite souvenir of the trip.       ... We then took a long walk along the Battery which is an area where the large, fancy houses are. Definitely where the rich people lived and still live today. These are multimillion dollar mansions. The Battery walk runs right along the Charleston Harbor and was very enjoyable.       ... with the family, instead of the back carriage on my own. At least then if approached by a gator, I could have distracted it by throwing a small child at it. WHAT??? they had three!! I was hoping he would tell us to "woooooo" and do a finger wave at them, but no such luck.

      The lines are long heading to Kiawah this morning but we are looking forward to an exciting day!

      Notes from today:

      1. Followed Tiger's and Rory's group on front nine. Rory is in charge and it's his tournament to win or lose.

      2. Sitting near 13th green, watching Tiger's group come in and watching live coverage at on iPad at same time. Golf heaven!

      ... our laundry Jared built a fire and we had some smores for dessert.

      Tomorrow we are switching campgrounds from this one to a KOA on the otherside of Charleston. This is because we are going to an Oyster festival at the Boone Hall plantation which is pretty close to the KOA. I will try to post tomorrow night about the Oyster festival.
