... steak well done because I was unsure if they would make it too raw and to my surprise it was by far the best steak I have ever had. There was no pink at all yet it was moist and tender like a rare steak. If I had one complaint it would be the use of whole anchovies on their Caesar salad. It was here that we learned how lucky we are to live in Canada. We were fully insured, but Dave's insurance required upfront payment with reimbursement to follow. It was scary and costly and in the end, it turned out to be dehydration and ...

... through the ceiling of this cave. Odd being alone under water, peaceful but odd. We live again, yea!!!!, and a quick ride in. After getting back we changed our dive plans for Saturday to go to Catalina Island. We are going to dive " The Wall " and the "Aquarium", not sure what that means except he said it was amazing and of course more money because there is an hour plus bus ride to get to the boat...and a free lunch. Hmmmm always cautious about when something is advertised ...
