    ... we took the free ferry to ocracoke island.( free parking as well). we loved ocracoke, another small fishing village, but has more of a "beach town" feel to it than hatteras. a few more restaurants, (not chains) and a few more gallerys and shops, but not many. most of the side roads were dirt and kinda wooded. the shelling was amazing. we went to a really cool coffee house and met a four year old little girl who is bi ...

    ... Sand Plows to keep roads clear!!
    Get to the campsite we picked in Frisco and setup just in time for the rain to REALLY start up.. It Pours for 5 hours solid and once again we are flooded in our campsite, no literally we are now camped in a lake (see pics), Luckily the outlook is better for tomorrow so we clean house and watch TV.
    Hoping for a nicer day tomorrow so we can explore as this looks like a real nice campground and area!
