The beach is made of very coarse sand which does not adhere to itself and does not compact. Walking on this beach is a workout. Walking has been fun here. I am getting a lot of that in with more to come.

To be honest, I am not one to just sit in a chair and sun tan during a cruise. I like to keep active. While most people are gaining weight and doing nothing, I get more fit on a cruise. It's funny but I try to eat more healthy on a cruise and to get lots of exercise on my trips. I just need to work on carrying on this regiment when I come back home. I'm working on it though.
