          ... Bernie and Rosemary. He lives in Arizona, she lives in Pennsylvania and they take at least 3 cruises a year together. She'll go stay at his house for months and he stay at her house for months. He has done almost 200 cruises and she is not far behind him. They are fun to talk with, obviously VERY well off and are on first-name basis with George and Laura Bush. Nice to chat with though we're pretty sure we would not get along with them long-term!

          ... the old saying that “Soccer is a game of two teams of 11 players kicking a ball, where in the end Germany wins” has changed into “Speed skating is sportsmen skating a 400 meter rink, where in the end a Dutchman wins” one might conclude that “Aruban Reina elections are a contest where ladies deliver a speech and lead a show where in the end the same lady as last year wins”.           ... he placed his wedding ring in the sand FAR from the water. However, a rogue wave came up and hit the exact spot he put his ring! Instantly it disappeared. He dug and dug but no luck. Fortunately there was a very nice man with a professional grade metal detector who was able to locate the ring. It was a good lesson for Omar :-).

          Omar made PB&J sandwiches for the boys for lunch and prepared red beans and rice leftovers ...
