... at each border crossing. We arrived in Dubrovnik, found our accommodations for four nights, turned in the van, and began relaxing. We had to walk down over 100 steps from an old city gate and then up a few steps before arriving at the Amoretti Apartments, within the city walls. ... walked down to the harbour then a quick stroll around town. We got takeaway and went and sat along the harbour enjoying the surroundings and our dinner. Wednesday 16th - this morning we went on the one penny walking tour. Not as good as previous walking tours but informative enough about the old place. ... fuming. Nick suggested knifing the one we bought back, and I thought we could just take it, since we had effectively paid for it anyway. The boat company wouldn't budge though. A bitter way to end the week. We said goodbye to Jens, who had to turn around and do Yacht Week all over again (for the 7th week in a row) and caught a cab back into town to find our accommodation. We were all shattered and Gee was quite unwell, but it had been an incredible week, and definitely worth the ...

... I am these past two weeks! My body was tired, my feet were aching but I knew I would find it. There was a sign for a parc so I figured a parc can easily flow unto a beach and so it did! Now, it's not a sandy beach and it's not yet set up as a summer destination but one can easily imagine it. There are terraces and a boardwalk that winds like a serpent. At certain curves of the boardwalk, there's just a walkway ...
