... around this beautiful port with everything your heart desires. It is truly magnificent. After checking in, we decided to climb the 200 steps to the fort. Every town we have visited in Croatia has a fort. The view from this one was worth the huffing and puffing!!! Once we came down the hill and recovered, we headed out for lunch. This island has a huge number ...

      Off to Korcula tomorrow.

      More soon,

... aborted and we had lunch in a local bar/restaurant which seemed promising with its suckling pig roasting on the spit (but unfortunately only ready in time for dinner). This was probably our worst meal of the trip but memorable just the same. Fortunately Croatian beer is good so that made up for the food. Krka National Park is an amazing place with extensive cyrstal clear lakes and massive waterfalls. The 1.4km boardwalk provided great views of diverse wetlands and waterfalls. ...

... shop to get bits and pieces and order blocks and halyards. When the girls returned they spent the afternoon cooking with the thermomix preparing the evening meal and breakfast, which was very delicious and successful. We where pleased to find our cabin was nearly as big as our bedroom at home with our own separate ensuit and shower. Once again we finished the day with a beautiful meal and wine and we are going for a,practice sail ...
