After meeting with Gaby we went to the front desk to ask them if they had any available rooms up higher as our room was a little loud being right off of the pool where everyone walks past. ... We were not disappointed, the food and service were top notch, and so very very very good. The served us some brochette first, and it was a sign of things to come. So good. Kyle started with the thin beef slices with olive oil and pepper (they are raw but very delicious). So this week, I've spent a lot of time in the office. It's been more quiet than the first day, as most flights are not starting to come until December and those who arrived last Thursday have already had help fixing the problems they might have had, and have booked the excursions they want to join.

... day of travel todayi. An hours boat ride first. Then a five hour long hot and sweaty chicken bus ride from belieze city to chetumal in mexico and adding another stamp to my passport.
