... 50% grounds, 40% sugar and 10% water. 9 hours with nothing to do and no energy to do anything we sat and read and lazed and ate. I've started to get to the point of the trip where the excitement has run out and realities of constant cigarette smoke and waiting for everything started to get to you. But that's why I was here. To be uncomfortable, to do things I wouldn't do, to look back and remember all the experiences we ...

We then drove down the road to the now extinct Volcano Polvolis crater, which occupies a major part of the island. The crater was impressive, and, although extinct, still spewed steam from crevices in the ground. The steam contained sulphur so you can imagine the smell. We spend most of the time jumping from the ship into the warm, clear water of the sea. Soon lunch is served & it is delicious. Lots & Lots of food! We then go to two other islands for more swimming & shopping. The day can only be described as epic. We had beautiful weather, the people we met on board were fun, and it was truly an experience we will remember ...

We jumped back on our sweet bikes and took a bit of ticky around the old castle to the wharf we had come in through in the dead of night. Looked a bit nicer not in the pitch black but still very dead and deserted. Back round into the back roads it was really nice to just ride our bikes on empty roads lined with massive trees. It reminded me of the simplicity of Asia and was really a breath of fresh air after the crowds in Santorini.

... near the ruins, had dinner, walked around, and then headed back to the same bar for more drinks. We got to see Kristy in her 2.5 drink state: fun and talky! Good times.

    Excerpt from Sam Jackson's Journal:
When we were on the yacht there were three families that visited us. The last one was a family of four with two children. When we were with them we rented dune buggies. They are kind of like an ATV ...
