Cote D'or Praslin Praslin Island, Seychelles Islands
... Moments later, I started safeguarding my room. Then I changed into my swimming trunks, packed my backpack, and put on my headphones. I had no plan whatsoever other than to just go and see what happens - stop when and where I wanted to. I locked the door, cranked up the volume on the MP3 player, and started biking. I wound up taking the road that goes up to the highest peak on the island (I think) - a road that leads to the ...

Just when we cleared the point, about a 100m from the mooring ball, the wind quickly kicked up to 35 knots. We decided to complete the maneuver, successfully, and waited for the wind to build feeling we were as protected as possible in the lee of ...
Praslin Island, Seychelles Islands gmanvento... Garden of Eden. Deep in the granite strewn, thick rainforest you really feel eons away from civilization.
Finishing our hike, we easily picked up a taxi in the parking lot to take us back to our dingy and Monkey Puzzle to see what "fish" Miles was able to purchase for us. Were we in for a surprise, for shortly after arriving, we saw miles cruising towards on in his ...
Today we dive at Dragon Teeth. Called like that because on top and under the water, the rocks look like giant teeth. Charmaine is our dive master, she is very nice. And then: the impossible happens: hubby convinces me to do an AFTERNOON ...
Belle Ombre, Seychelles Islands tonyandmarina... tale huff of their occasional neccessary breath, and the subtle distinct splish of their brief surfacing. Some moonlit nights I could even see them jet through the moonlit waters around us. On those occasions I noticed that they were much smaller then the variety I seen off the coast of Tanzania. I wander what it is that brings them to us. Is it that they find Karaka motherly, with her smooth large shape and careless glide? Perhaps in fact they can tell ...
