    ... card my friend gets a partial refund of her card just before we leave for the night. The drinks at this festival are 4 times the cost they were in Serbia which would make sense if the prices of them at the liquor store were 4 times the price but they are about the same-scam two.

    And finally one plan of the day came together. A weather beaten old man agreed to take us in his equally weather beaten boat for a good price along with a girl from Belarus called Kate. Kate liked our silly sense of humour and laughed at us so we liked Kate!

Croatia has responded to its thriving tourism industry by leaving enough room between the two for a perfect road and block of houses, apartments and hotels. Strangely, it doesn't look or feel tacky, and the local people have a contagious easy-going attitude towards it all. English is as natural as their hospitality and life here was easy.

    ... for a swim so we dumped our bags and headed to the pool for a quick swim before going down to the beach for some lunch and another swim. The beach wasn't crash hot but it wasn't the worst beach I've ever seen. Lots of tourists and big chair/umbrella set up which were a bit different to home but still good.     ... on the water. We went fast and were doing quick turns and soon enough I was feeling sea sick so we had to take it down a notch. We spent a few hours at the beach and then in the arvo headed back to the hostel for a shower and nap before I had to make my way to the bus station and back to Podgorica to sleep in the airport for the night.
