On our journey back down the coast in the car (with David playing the Eagles California Hotel music on his Ipod), we spotted what appeared to be a huge hotel high above the ocean.
We drove in on unsealed road through scrub and cactus to eventually arrive at a beautiful Mexican boutique Hacienda/hotel, built high above the ocean at Cerritos Beach.

Once on the ship, we headed back to our room where we found complimentary chocolate covered strawberries in our room. This was a great bonus to add to our excellent day.


After resting a bit, I headed to deck 13 so I could take pictures as we left port. I love going to deck 13 as we leave a port and try to do it at each place we go to.

Woke up in the tent bright and early, after a pretty good sleep considering how noisy it is here.
