... Onca neighborhood poured onto the track, following the winning horse around the track, singing the neighborhood song. Many of them were legitimately crying their eyes out with tears of joy, and it was incredible to see the passion for this race. They now have bragging rights until the next race. Ciao! Wednesday we left from Siena for Venice with our group- 4 hour bus ride to Venice. Venice was very unique - with all the canals, stores and san marco's piazza. We checked into our hotel, FINALLY a nice hotel. Then we took a tour of the Palazzo Ducale aka the Doge's (ruling authority of Venice) Palace.
