Am still in shock at the weather I had to deal with in Pennsylvania and Chicago- I seriously have never been in such freezing conditions ( though I did live through a New York winter in 1987/88- a distant memory) it was nice to get out of the big apple and visit my friend Einat in Willes Barre (pronounced wills bury - go figure! ) which is not far from Scranton- made famous by the U.S. version of 'The Office''. That day was simple, had no plan. We went to beach and swam, getting know about our resort more. We went to lobby and checked with the plans for the next day and the one after that day. It was all good, simple as that.

... here is El Arco, an arch-shaped rock formation. I found a boat tour that rides by the arch and sees a few other formations and a cave and a sea lion colony and drops you at a beach for a while. The guy was promoting this boat tour for $20. I definitely didn't want to spend that after paying the $38 sea lion photo package and an $8 ATM fee I was still sulking over. So I used my mad barter skills and wound up getting it for $8! The guy even had the boat turn back around ...

... close to the shore to try and snag a quick Dorado (dolphin fish) but nothing just the first round of beers were done.
