    ... back with another round of drinks and these 2 guys from the UK, Ray and Sunny, both doctor. They were cool. They joined us and it was clear they both chasing Brazilian Muni. We were all pretty wasted at this point and decided to go to a club back in our area for a dance. Sunny came with us as he clearly had he's sights set on Danielle...Keep on dreaming buddy!!! We caught the cab down to Ipanema where Renato took us to a gay bar. Cue Sunny's quick ddeparture. Laters ...

    ... It was filled with crazy ass fans, beers and promotional activities to do. The atmosphere was stunning! We had beers and partied with fans from all countries, including Mexico. Guys, you know who knows how to party? Chileans! They are loco fans with great banter! Next day, we went our to explore the area Lagoa and it's beautiful park, Jardim Boticano.     ... the corner and from where I was standing it appeared we stopped mere inches from an unfortunate Fiatt after careening back into our lane to avoid the truck. White knuckles and adrenaline aside we made it out safe and sound and found our way to a beach to enjoy some coconut fried rice and a delicious something that resembled an empanada.     ... it, time had just eaten our four days away and we were off again heading North to the small town of Patary. This tiny town used to be a key stopover when the major highway between Rio and Sao Paulo never existed, seeing sugar, coffee and other commodities through its streets. That all came to a grinding halt when that highway was finally opened so the town was forced to adapt and it turned to tourism.

    ... than 20 minutes while we marvelled at the mountainous views and patted ourselves on the backs for doing the trek. The rain returned for the dinner hour but we found cover back at the restaurant that served the great BBQ dinners and had a repeat meal which was equally as delicious as the first.
