I woke up a sense of excitement. I was looking forward to the hike to the H'Evants Scent zip line and flying over the beautiful jungle of Jamaica. I was also eager to go for a relaxing swim in the Blue Hole Mineral Spring. I jumped into the cab and headed off as soon as possible. was so excited that I forgot to eat breakfast! On my fifth day in the Caribbean, I visited the Bob Marley Museum in Kingston, Jamaica. The museum is situated on the site of the legendary musician's home, which he purchased in 1975. This house, featuring 19th-century architecture, was Marley's home until his death
in 1981. It was converted into a museum six years later by his wife, Mrs Rita Marley. The main museum displays Marley's personal treasures throughout his house.

... because nothing is where it's supposed to be in Jamaica. Locals also do not seem to have a concept of time and distance. We stopped to ask for directions to The Far Out Fish Hut and a kind lady told us 10mins down the road. We set off and literally 200m down the road was the spot. This place was great though. A real local spot where they prepare fish and lobster by the pound. The wait is long and the mossies have you for dinner as well ...

... just as we were about to insist that our legs were really coming undone at the seams and that we were actually going to die if we went any further…we stumbled across the peak!!!! Wooooo Hooo, hi 5’s all round, we were there! The wind was strong up there and nearly felt like sea spray blowing through the trees. It was super cloudy and we only got glimpses of blue sky, so unfortunately we couldn’t see to Cuba…or anything much.
