... you appreciate everything you have. So going into Bosnia - Herzegovina today meant that we've had to stop at border crossings twice. And because we're a bus load (48 in total I think), it takes about 30-50 minutes and you can't get off the coach, can't go to the toilet or take photos. It's a little tedious...A good time to type this blog! At first it was a little concerning when they collect all of your passports, but I'm getting used ...

... this is exactly what we did. It was one of the best things I have paid for so far! It took us about an hour to walk all the way around, but we took our time and were amazing and how incredible it was from up there. While we were walking the walls, we spotted a great lunch spot right on the edge of a cliff, so we went back there for a pizza and wine. It was then time for me to get organized for the cab I ordered to take me to my nights accommodation. Kayla and I ...

... wracking. As we left port there was a couple running to the boat. Did they miss it or we're they in another, we'll never know, but the kids story is that they missed their ride to Venice. Oh my, imagine?! Kids have their last wee time in Squok Club. Tinker bell is playing, in French, they like the foreign language. There's a meeting Deck 5 regarding disembarkment. Basically we have to have our bags out at our door before we go to bed tonight, we collect our passports at ...

... But I jest. We have found ourselves pleasantly in the company of DownUnders on several occasions over dinner and even at a candlelight concert. At our hostel, some young Australians were teaching us a card game and, while discussing the tourist hordes, one of them piped up, "we paid too much bloody money to get here and complain about the crowds." Too right, mate!

The Photobomb Strategy - in a crowd, this one is easy - just get into as many tourist ...

The next morning it was raining - heavily. I walked into town again, and got very wet even with an umbrella. There were some impressive mini rivers flowing down the roads. When I actually made it into the old town the limestone on the ground by Pile Gate and Stradun was very slippery due to the rain, and I nearly went flying a couple of times.
I had intended to get the cable cars up to Mount Srd ...
