Today we managed to be the last ones up on the boat for breakfast – guess it was a bit cooler and darker in the room finally so we managed to sleep right through! (and then some) Another rough day on the ship, we cruised for most of the morning past more lovely islands (and some mainland) and then we landed in a bay where we stopped to have a good swim in more amazingly clear waters. ... Jess and I also found a guard's post with the metal door unlocked! We headed in and I put on my special crazy smile and reached my hand through the bars of the metal door on the guard's post, clawing in the air at weirded-out tourists. Later I took a few pictures of momma and for some reason a ton of pigeons were gathering around her! She was startled as one flew inches away from her face. That was weird!

Lokrum Island, which is about 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik. Really
really lovely place with lots of places to swim, wild peacocks, and
great walks. We took part in some more swimming, sunbathing, and
cocktail drinking (getting boring now isn't it !?), and had a very
nice meal there, before getting the boat back to Dubrovnik and
heading back to our apartment for the night.
