Headed off on the 7am ferry over to Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula. Drove down the peninsula past lots of wineries - but it was too early for them to be open!

Got to the ferry port across to Mljet in lots of time for the 10.30am ferry, so had a relaxing coffee & read. Short ferry crossing, then we enjoyed the drive to the top end ...

The coastline was really pretty the whole way ...

Along the harbour, we saw some crazy views. We saw a summer santa! And naked mermaid jumping into the sea for a film crew! Hmmm??

The next morning was a good show of things to come!
It thundered and rained all night long. Skyping our families was interrupted with the hostel owner swearing his head off. Apparently the council hadn’t been clearing the leaves from the drains ...

    ... made “masterpiece boats”.

Chris had a final spa appointment and enjoyed the time in the steam room—sure going to miss that. Most of the afternoon was spent working on pictures and the blog, once again. Finally got it caught up through Alexandria, but probably won't get much more done for a while.

Tonight was our last formal night and the Captain's ...
