... you appreciate everything you have. So going into Bosnia - Herzegovina today meant that we've had to stop at border crossings twice. ... But I jest. We have found ourselves pleasantly in the company of DownUnders on several occasions over dinner and even at a candlelight concert. At our hostel, some young Australians were teaching us a card game and, while discussing the tourist hordes, one of them piped up, "we paid too much bloody money to get here and complain about the crowds." The next morning it was raining - heavily. I walked into town again, and got very wet even with an umbrella. There were some impressive mini rivers flowing down the roads. When I actually made it into the old town the limestone on the ground by Pile Gate and Stradun was very slippery due to the rain, and I nearly went flying a couple of times.
