... with olive trees and vineyards. Any untilled land is covered in wildflowers. It is a beautiful time of year here. There are lots of little villages along the way. The houses vary from very nice stone structures to little more than hovels. It is hard to tell if people actually live in the latter. Zakynthos is an agricultural island making olive oil, olive wood carvings, honey and cotton goods, hand embroidered. We stop at ...

... arrived in Kyllini a little subdued, but also in good spirits as we knew that we were now one step from home. Just as we arrived into port, to our dismay a ferry headed for Kefalonia had just left the port and was heading towards Kefalonia. Our two hour delay had achieved its desired knock on effect. They didn't give us a seat allocation as their computer system was down. Then when we were waiting to board the people without a seat allocation were put on standby!!!! Fortunately for them, they put us on our flight! We arrived at our hotel called "350 degrees" at 6.15pm. It's very cool with retro decore. See photos below! Off to bed for a big sleep ...

... beautiful coastline to the ship. It was formal night tonight - so we all had to get dolled up for dinner and the show. We had a famous violinist (She was from Chinese descent and practiced 8 hours a day as a child) who could play absolutely anything at great speed. She had evidently won an English "who has talent" and has become quite famous - played at Windsor a Castle for the royal family. Another great day and our last port on our ...
