... the hotel we are staying at. During today’s journey the stairs made me think a lot about the spatial perspective of how they are laid out besides a waterfall and how many of the plants were able to grow with and around the layout of the stairs. Overall, the Bahamas culture and landmarks are very cool and unique compared to many of the other cultural aspects of countries we have visited on this trip. I really enjoyed them and hope to visit again and explore more about the Bahamas.

It was decided we had searched far enough North. It was time to head back.
After we turned around we stayed on the outside of the islands for a while before slipping in through a cutting. It was the first island we came inside when Ken the driver calmly said "There's your dinghy".

... for some pumps and pumpers (simunye crew). Tony myself and a couple of BDF and parks guys bailed with buckets. We made a fair dent in it before the electric pumps battery came onto the boat. Then the cavalry arrived to finish the job. Craig and Liza on hand pumps work tirelessly.

... Apparently lousy holding and shallow. But still. As you see in the photos. An anchorage well worth a look next time your sailing through.
Our return trip to the boats included a snorkel. I wasnt expecting much as the area seems mostly san but there was a surprising amount and variety of fish. It was nice to get into the water anyway.
The Inspiration crew invited me to continue to sail with them. So I sailed with them the rest of the trip. I had such a great time with them. Tony and Liza looked after me so well that it might take a while for my liver to recover. We are definitely kindred spirits. A bit old school :-)
