... who the hell asked Turner to be so shamelessly self-indulgent about his children? Well, the fact of the matter is that all of these wonderful things I have enumerated about my children need to be understood in order for you to see the realization I encountered on that long drive in Italy. What I realized, with a crushingly clear thought, was that all those days and hours and minutes that I have been with my children, all the travels on trains, ...

... life!!! Again something I never ever thought I would experience but something that I think will stay with me for the rest of my life. After a very busy morning gene. Then went back to the coliseum to look through it and then spent the rest of the day exploring ruins and palaces. It was another stinking hot day. Beautiful buildings and cathedrals. We went to the famous palace where Armani now lives (it was once a palace for some important people in Florence haha) Not the most beautiful of palaces I've seen but still very grandiose all the same. It ...

The home of Romeo and Juliet :) Of course it isn't a true story but the have definitely made the most of it all. One of the biggest tourist attractions is the balcony that Juliet stands on. They also have a statue of Juliet there and it is said to be good luck if you rub her right breast... So of course I had to do it. Although we were only there for a few hours it seemed like a beautiful place. Lots of little alleyways to explore and huge markets with delicious fruit cups!!! Yum ...
