    ... the wine in this region has an extremely high % so they have worked hard to bring it down, now the reds are 28% while the white is 21%. Volcanic rock is like a scoria & great shock absorbers.

    I don't think I have done so much walking in one city in my life! Rome was amazing!! As soon as we got there we set off on a 3 hour walking tour of the city led by Kendall.
