Ended the day in our awesomely cooled room with a full belly, a full heart and a birthday cake wish...twice! The hotel employees brought a cake to our room and sang for me. How sweet ;))))

... from above. But The views are breathtaking. Bali is beautiful, pure and simple. It is green and alive in every sense of the word. Driving along the dirt roads through the villages really gave me a chance to experience the real culture of these amazing people. The villagers are hard workers, they seem to walk everywhere. They are all in traditional dress with no shoes. Woman carry everything on their heads; rocks, laundry, bamboo etc...as we drove by children and adults ...
