      So a few more of the group left us today, some to the Gilli Islands where we will hopefully be on Tuesday, one off home back to freezing cold England!       I PUT THE PILL IN THE REDHEAD MATCHBOX!

      The vote was a cautious NO.

      I took my friends' advice and put that pill away safely in the Redhead Matchbox. There it stayed in the bottom of my suitcase until I came back this year to Ubud and noticed the matchbox and congratulated myself for remembering to bring a box. No memory of course as to how it got there a year ago or what I had stashed there for safety.

      ... We were told that they did it, as the beans taste softer and smoother once processed. I think its utter rubbish, and really cruel. These animals are in a cage for their whole lives fed only the coffee beans which are then digested back out, makes you wonder what nutrition they are actually getting?
