... night at this bar called 520 which were really cool. I told you to look at the menu! The cycling was really funny. We hired a bike each for €6. We wanted quads but when we went into the shop there were these girls that had fallen off because their quad had stopped working so we just thought nooo. We wanted a good route and asked the lady in the shop and she said yes yes go north it's nice. Turns out that going north was essentially all up hill. It was worth it though, we ...

... the ideas we had had. On the boat, he started the engine, which had spontaneously remitted, called his two friends who had stayed at the shore and slowly drove the boat towards the pier, to discuss the possibilities they had. We now suspected that there was a reason that the engine problems we had experienced had started when the fuel tank was half empty---perhaps the machine sucked air in the tumultuous swell of the sea, or perhaps a full tank would exert ...

    Schinoussa to Paros

The power came back before I could order, and her stooped posture relaxed with the onset of the humming sound of the fridge. We left the port and set sails, ...

... with C on the bike, since the last bus was long gone. I joined him to go back to the Chora and get the other two. Up there, the four of us had a short walk through the old castle, where the bars were still open and teenage lovers enjoyed the hidden corners with a view at the sea. S trailed the rest of us as usual, taking pictures of every secret corner. There's much to be put on her Dropbox, I am sure. Then we went back to the boat and went to bed for the rough night to ...

Finding octopus and grilling with the Italians

... on the beach. It was so nice.

On this occasion, we grilled chicken and octopus.

I got to relax in Nami's hammock for a while (not for the first time). That is the life.

The meal was absolutely delicious. With them, it is always a mixture of Italian, Spanish, English and Japanese. Invariably there is confusion on who is translating what language to whom and we all have a laugh.
