... We're sorry for the technical issue we suffered that day. We know how important our service is to you and how frustrating outages like this can be. We also know that sometimes saying sorry just isn't enough.

To make it up to you, over the next few days we will extend your Unlimited World subscription by 2 days. There's absolutely nothing you need to do to claim these free days, we will just add them to the end of this month's subscription automatically and your next ...

Continuing our search, we went to the Chaweng Hills area where we previously saw the Sweden Village complex. Found it again with no problem but there was no-one to assist which was a pity, actually looked quite nice. ... Hotel not the Waterfront Apartments which we had thought were entirely different places. Oh, no, stranded, we stopped off at a local massage parlour to ask where the Waterfront Apartments were and phew, they were in fact just opposite the Hotel so all well.

The Waterfront Hotel was indeed right on the sea but sadly for us our apartment just looked directly onto the very busy main road and opposite the ...

... place but tourism is gradually making it less attractive. Too many bars/restaurants...too much of everything in fact and all hugging the coastline. It seems hard to find a piece of land here in Koh Samui that still has a natural coastline. The warmth of the Thai people still comes shining through wherever you go. All very hard working and go to great lengths to make your stay as comfortable as you could ever wish. Bangkok is one place ...
