      ... deep sea trip in the future. Dinner was leisurely and we were lucky enough to have a FaceTime chat with Ross who had nothing but good news from home. While face timing, the resort cat April was on our laps purring… pretty sure it was because of Ross! Packing up for the morning, Grant was now powering through his book that he had borrowed from the library here (book widow yet again!) and falling asleep to the sound of the waves ended Day 5.

      ... no one seemed to be around. We found an elderly lady sitting on the porch of her home across the street and we asked if anyone was around. The bar appeared to be open but we didn’t see anyone. It turned out that this was our person.       ... was a huge relief in terms of the pitching and rolling, but it still kept the lines and wires in the mast clanging. I was almost at my wit's end for our last two nights on Cat Island!!! Nevertheless, we celebrated Canada by changing our Canadian Flag and we did enjoy the local folks that we met.
