... Under väntan på vinet dyker det upp två damer vi skall dela bord med, Lorraine och Sue från England. Två kvinnor som visar sig vara inne på sista dygnet i Thailand innan de skall åka hem. Inga problem med kommunikationen där, placeringen ser ut att fungera.

... dom paserade ett torg i centrala bangkok. "Last year, here, man shoot, bom bom bom, many people die, hi hi hi hi" Thailändare e sköna men helt galna.

Jaja, vi kom iaf fram till både flygplatsen och sen med planet till phuket utan några som helst incidenter. Vi kommer in för landning, vi glidflyger in lågt över vattnet, in över en strand för att sen landa några meter senare. Hmm, det här känns bra, terminalen till höger och några hundra meter till vänster är det öppet ...

After arriving back from the Similan trip last night, we cleaned and hung up our dive gear at the dive shop and headed up the road about 500 yards to 'The Green Man' pub. A large Tudor style building in amongst the fruit stands and shop fronts on a Thai road. We had read about it before we came, so we dropped in. ... next to two grocery stores and the street market. Our balcony faced the backside looking towards the Big Buddha on the mountain. If you looked to your left we could see a whole community living in small tin roofed shacks, with piles of garbage everywhere. It felt weird staying in a nice hotel overlooking a whole community living in such conditions.

Tomorrow we go to Koh Pi Pi...we have no idea what we are in for :)

... nice, finally home! Qantas rebooked me (and no the Thai girl had done nothing about my flight) then caneclled my flight!! Think I was jinxed :). Finally home after leaving the hotel at 10pm Thai time (7pm Au ) and arrived in Canberra at 8pm...bloody long 24 hours but so worth having 3 weeks in one of my favourite places.
Ahh well back to reality and the cold...roll on next year Cambodia and Thailand!
