So a chillaxing day today. A lie in followed by breakfast and then collection of our items from the tailor. Afterwards we headed down by the pool, enjoyed lunch and a drink at the swim up bar before heading back to our sun beds for some more relaxing, it's a hard life in Thailand! Sharon opted for a foot scrub and massage late afternoon to complete the days chores. We headed out early to The Last ...

Learnt that they have a house further up the hill and come here for four months from the beginning of December, although they are going back to Brittany in a couple of weeks for the birth of another grandchild. We awoke very early on September 9th as we had a flight to catch. The Detroit Lions also happened to be playing Monday Night Football, which worked out to 6am Tuesday our time. Miracously, I was able to download an app to watch the game live on my Ipad, so I rose even earlier and sat downstairs in the lobby watching the game, waiting for Carolyn and for breakfast. It also happened to be Carolyn's birthday! (Though since it wasn't her birthday yet back home in ...

    Day 134

Our final day in Thailand before heading to Kuala Lumpa and then Oz. We decided to visit Railay beach which is a place famous for it's scenery surrounded by karst mountains very similiar to those we have seen in North Vietnam and South China. The place has a real holiday Westernised feel about it. So we took advantage of the shops and stalls and began to buy what we needed for Australia at a much cheaper price ...
