... Malaysian food but gave up and ordered a chicken curry and tandoori chicken and got on with it. I specified I wanted a roti canai which was on the list of must try foods in Penang. I was served what I can only describe as a shredded roti bread. I ate it but still don't know what a roti canai is supposed to be. However the curry was amazing and so was the tandoori. ... in town, the pressure is now off ;). However we soon stumble in to number 2 which is a mangrove walk, which provides some welcome relief from the sun and a good look at an environment which is very difficult to explore. As the tide was out we saw lots of little mud crabs, some had one big read claw much bigger than the other one. Thankfully none of them were as big as the statue or we would have been in trouble!

Sawadee Ka! my days on the island continued to pass in a very relaxing manner surrounded by a lovely group of people.
