... all has been like losing my right arm! It was especially good being able to catch up about the same places we'd been to yet had such different experiences. Our pick up was early for the first and only time I hadn't wanted it to be and before we knew it we were en route to our next Thai island! We took the swirly roads for an hour and a half once again to the pier to catch our boat. On the boat we took up loads of space and were happy to be able to stretch out. The girls slept, caught up ...

and our third blanking from ...

... lunch before the approx 40 minute return journey to Lanta old town. Ko Kraden is one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand and part of one of its national parks; it is mainly covered with rubber and coconut plantations. The most outstanding feature of Ko Kraden however are it's powdery white sandy beaches and coral reef which runs along the north side of the island and provides fantastic snorkelling in its crystal clear water. It's the most beautiful, idyllic ...

... journeys were also rather entertaining as a French lady complained that she would die if the driver didn't let her out. The only problem was we were wedged between so many cars, no one's door was opening. The poor lady only became more distraught as she got bollocked for opening the window!!! We checked into our Czech owned bungalow on wooden stilts, (a kind of luxury version of the one we stayed in on Koh Russei minus the rats) and headed for the beach. The island ...
