    ... on the beach later, we felt very satisfied with ourselves for finding, let alone completing the trek though our thick jungle back garden!

    So there was nothing left to do but get back into relaxation mode, so that's exactly what we did for the remainder of our time here.

    We would miss our little novelty bamboo hut on our private beach but Ko Lanta awaits our exploration so explore it we must do! Until then...

    We arrived in Krabi late in the afternoon on a 2 hour ferry from Koh Phi Phi. We are back on the mainland. Krabi and Railay are known for some of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand.     The other two spots en-route to Lanta were decent as well. The first one in particular. A massive limestone pillar erupting out of the turquoise waters that also had a lot of good coral around it.
