    ... in the world. For the rest of the night, when topping us off, the waiters in the restaurant would say "May I pour you more of the finest Kirklandia?" to which we would graciously accept. It was quite funny and showed how even at a nice restaurant on the island, the people are laid back and have a good sense of humor.

    ... of the fans overhead and the Japanese water feature in the garden as we lounged around reading, and eventually fell to sleep. We rallied later in the evening to have a simple dinner from the groceries at Costco at my sister's condo and to watch Lilo and Stitch, which is set in Kauai, on Netflix. By the time we tucked the little ones into bed, we were ready to be tucked in as well. Sometimes a day relaxing at the beach can be utterly exhausting.

    ... on the boat didn't enjoy the trip - they were sick the whole way. Sheila and I enjoyed riding the crests of 6-8 foot waves. Once we reached the Napali coast we seen sea caves, remote beaches, and hidden waterfalls. One area that was pretty interesting was a ride along the shore of a huge rock slide. Apparently, there was a huge rock slide in February 2014 which changed the landscape of the coast. ...

    Today we awoke and the sun was shinning, people were on the beach & palm trees were rustling in the breeze ( very poetic ). Once again did the breakfast route then hit the beach.
