    ... The most amusing part of the evening had to do with our wine selection. At Costco on the first day we had purchased a bottle of champagne to enjoy on the trip.     ... of the fans overhead and the Japanese water feature in the garden as we lounged around reading, and eventually fell to sleep. We rallied later in the evening to have a simple dinner from the groceries at Costco at my sister's condo and to watch Lilo and Stitch, which is set in Kauai, on Netflix.     ... stop was on the leeward side of the island (southside). The snorkel area had a 30 foot deep reef and then went into a vertical drop off. The reef had a lot of reef fish. At the drop off there was a number of reef and deep water fish. We did see a manta ray cruising through the area.
