Just decide it would be good to have a completely veg day ...lounge by the ocean ...but hey they don't show it in the brochures that the tide goes out ...and I mean out .... So pretty much just chill under the shade of a big tree and read all day ...drink and eat loads of coconuts .... Totally lazy day !! Just what a girl ...

The rest of the week was pretty much standard eat , sleep , train, and repeat. I really enjoyed been back at the gym and sure it wont be my last visit there.

... to go to this lovely seafood restaurant. We drove out for a long time and eventually found it, it was closed but Mon pulled some strings and they opened the restaurant just for us.
