... br> So today's activities involved filling our tanks and spare jerry cans with fresh water and fuel, laundry and groceries. We are still well stocked with main staples, so this was just to get some fresh fruit and veggies, eggs and butter, etc. for the next few days. Where we're going there will be grocery stores. We aren't falling off the face of the earth. The locals, after all, have to eat too!

I dozed in and out of consciousness with my Ipod :) Captains Cocktail party tonight and we had our invite, lovely bash with free cocktails and champagne, had our photo taken with the Commodore who was very chatty and very nice. Sharon's gone to the theatre, I've gone to bed. Currently full steam ahead towards nassau in the Bahamas. Thats all ...
Calabash Bay, Long Island to GGT
We made a quick trip back to GGT to pick up a package, stock up on groceries, swim with our favourite dolphin Nicky, and say our goodbyes to the locals we've gotten to know.

As we sit here in Georgetown, cruiser central, I can reflect on our time in the Bahamas.

While in the restaurant, Tyler enjoys the no shirt, no shoe policy on these islands a little too much I think. We gaze at the number of t-shirts hanging above us and admire the number of travelers who have left their mark here. There were shirts even from the 1990's!
