... passed me bowl which I had to scoop out the Kava. I had to clap once then drink the whole bowl, luckily it was only small. Once I had drank it all I had to clap 3 times then say 'Vinaka' (thank you). The Kava just looked like muddy water, and unfortunately, it tasted like it too. We stopped off in Nadi town to pick up a few bits from the supermarket before heading to the ferry port to go to Robinson Crusoe Island. ... cool things about Fiji is that the land can only be owned by Fijian people, so all the resorts are run by locals. Most of the staff live in the villages on the islands and tourism really supports them. Everyone is happy we're there and excited to share their country with us. We did a day trip to the blue lagoon which was like paradise, the water was like crystal Andy got straight into the water off the boat and all the fish swarmed around him as we threw bread to them. it was quite funny to watch. I swam in from the beach, I was amazed by all the fish there were so many all different kinds.
