    ... we sailed, I downloaded through Apple Music an album of Hawaiian music by the Ray Connif Singers, and that song just stuck in my mind – now you know. Plus I have been playing it on the iPad each morning before breakfast

    ... although we have done small planes. What was special about this trip is that the pilot whisked us along a narrow ravine in the interior as he played the music to Jurassic Park to land us at the falls used in the film.     ... and we saw sea turtles all around. We made it to the beach at 6:30 PM, which is later than usual, due to the conditions we paddled in. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting, especially because no one threw up, tipped their kayak, or had to switch kayaks. We made it back into town around 8:30, and had to go to the store and eat dinner. At this time, we were all so tired and got the news that we had an 8 mile hike the next day and had to be ready at 7 ...

    ... visiting the Kilohana Plantation, we found a supermarket and loaded up the car with food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next few days.

    We went back to the hotel to enjoy dinner while relaxing.

    ... at the Keahua Arboretum. A fast moving stream flowed across the road with 3 to 6 inches of flowing water. We walked across since the other side was a dirt road filled with potholes. It looked like there had been a wedding there yesterday as the trees were decorated with palm leaves and flowers. The park was nice and shady with a cool breeze so we ate the picnic lunch we packed before moving on.
