... how they got downhill from here, and we surely wouldn't want to have to climb back up. It was hard enough as it was. It was almost 8 miles round trip for us, and took about 5 hours with a half hour for lunch. Except for a few sprinkles in the Swamp, we had perfect weather: some sun, some clouds, and no mosquitoes. We had earned our mai tais (and Advil) by the time we got back to Poipu.
