... white. Saw clouds over the mountains but they dispersed when the sun came up. Think that be it for the day. Unfrenetic activity on the quay side with the most noise the sound of waves hitting the harbour wall. Rest of the crew still sleeping or doing other things in their cabins! See Simone's blog for the rest of the day - happy but with trepidation but much fun at the end of the day!! Photos from this morning's walk into Vathi town to go shopping ...

... The wine in the glass bottles has some preservatives and lasts a bit longer. But I’m sure she said that the plastic bottle wine would only last 14 days at best.

In what was a _____ fashion, I arrived into Kefallonia on sunrise, I departed at sunset. We flew out over the island, giving me one last few of Yai Yai’s home before heading to Athens. What a beautiful week it has been. I am so glad that I got the opportunity to visit, to eat, and to learn. ...

... they close to the boats.

We said of course. Alex had said it was a 20 min walk, if that. These poor souls, as did everyone else who got off at the water sports area, had to work around 40 mins during the hottest part of the day!! We decided to heed the warning and headed back to a local bar now our boat instead and chill out for the afternoon.

Once it had cooled down I walked around the island for a bit and came across a sign that ...
