... this stop was only for an hour but gave us enough time toappreciate it's beauty. ... very hot and the only shop on the island. The beach cleared down a little bit so we managed to get some photos of us and the area before departing to our next location. We moved into Monkey Beach. We imagined it to be full of little monkeys you could play with but not one insight. Instead it was a small beach surrounded by coral and fishes to snorkel with. So......it was finally holiday time and I should first make reference to my entry title......herbal toothpaste.
We travel light, Mr T and I, so to avoid clear pastic bags and declaring fluids, pastes and liquids in our hand luggage, we decided to buy toiletries on arrival. We had taken the bus from Khon Kaen to Bangkok and then flown to Krabi. Well, I have seen toothpaste, white, sometimes stripey, ...

So goes the long slow process of reintegration! Ha! Of course I would get this only after having left all my peers, family, friends, relatively gainful self employment, comfortable home and be just over fifty, alone in a villa on the deserted side of a tropical island! Nice one ...Flash! It can never be said of me that I do things the easy way! I mean it is tough connecting at the best of times... why not make it next to impossible???
