short, but steep, 2 mile hike that took us a little ways down into the canyon

He started Colby on Z Pack but it has not done much. To add insult to injury his molars are now coming in. Tomorrow we are headed to Glenwood Springs and Colby was so looking forward to doing a Zip Line and go bungee jumping. We are hoping for a miraculous recovery tonight.

Keystone comprises 3 main peaks Dercum Mountain, North Peak and The Outback with runs coming down fom each. As the weather forcast was for a cold airmass bringing snow to arrive by early afternoon we decided to ski across to the farthest peak (the Outback) and work our way back from there. This proved to be a good decision.
