... get some nice heavy squats. They have a pretty good range of equipment and a pool we can use too so I'm sure that will be nice in the winter. We were pretty exhausted after and just made a trip to Walmart for a few more things then relaxed.
Overall it's been a pretty quiet week but it's been nice to just take it slow as it's been pretty crazy up to this and we know it's gonna get pretty crazy in a months time!!
Last night we ended up watching several episodes of Criminal Minds on the laptop as Chayce let us use her Netflix...this means we don't need to buy a TV! It was a pretty late night so we slept in more than we have in a long long time.

Keystone comprises 3 main peaks Dercum Mountain, North Peak and The Outback with runs coming down fom each. As the weather forcast was for a cold airmass bringing snow to arrive by early afternoon we decided to ski across to the farthest peak (the Outback) and work our way back from there. This proved to be a good decision.
