Up at 0500 during the daily early am monsoon. Out the door by 0700 to drive to Fajardo, on the east coast of PR, the ferry terminus for ships to Culebra Island, PR's best snorkelling Island. 1.5 hour drive uneventful other than 4 lane freeways have traffic lights. Boarded our ferry for the 45 minute sea crossing to Culebra Island. A little swell and paper bags handed out to many of the passengers including S - not impressed days before a paid 14 day sailing trip! Arriving at the Culebra ...

Okay the first beach I went to was super clear, but super
crowded. I didn’t mind I liked to watch all the families and such run around.

50 feet. I am excited, because tomorrow is the Black Sand ...

and most importantly it’s physical characteristics. A delicate Bay
Anchovy can not carry a heavy wire circle hook for long, and it kills
the bait quickly. Many of the major hook manufacturers are making
extremely sharp hooks suitable for tarpon and they come in sizes from
1/0 to 10/0. I happen to like light wire hooks on most occasion,
specially fishing in daylight hours, although you have to be careful and
        try not to ...

Cabo Rojo was unimpressive and we found little reason to stay very long as we made our way to Joyuda for a late lunch on the "golden mile". We ate at Vista Bahia Restaurante on the ocean with dining al ...
