We stopped at the port of Corfu. The only way to really get around the island is to take an excursion. At least it was for us. We were going to see a Monastery in the village of Palaiokastritsa and to the village of Gastouri to visit the 19th century Achilleion Palace.

Remarkably and surprisingly it was! We stayed at an all-inclusive resort in apartment style accommodation by the beach. The hardest thing i had dealing with was having to eat ...

... Tinkerbelle, typing with my laptop on the table so Hoppy could sit in my lap, and sitting on the kitchen floor as the kitchen dogs climbed all over me, jostling each other for the optimal petting position.

Rather than being sad, it’s time to focus on being grateful for the experience and trusting that I’m headed towards more beautiful places and friendly ...
