Stopped at the Greek port of Argostoli. Very small town. Part of the Kelonica Island. We taking the next 2 days to rest as we have 2 nights at Bella Italia, then off to Rome, which will be a lot of walking and site seeing with the ...

After visiting many of our favourite places, and going back to Levkas for someone to view Kerenne we have arrived in Kastos. With a Force 5 blowing from the west there is some doubt about whether the anchor is holding but after taking it in a little all seems OK, fingers crossed.

... quite an impression on many of the passengers on board wanting to eat in the buffet restaurant as a constant flow of people kept trying to find tables in the a la carte restaurant but without any success. Nearly an hour later the smiley waiter arrived at our table (not so smiley now, he was gritting his teeth with a plastered grin stuck on his face a bit like he had been botoxed!) "pork madam" he announced, very politely I said "yes please"... no problems so far... ...

Mesmerised by the ancient turtles in the harbour.

We arrived in the port by hire car, which we hired for the last two days to visit further afield than our hire scooter would allow. We found free parking around the ferry boat area and made our way looking for the turtles. We asked a waitress where we could see them and she replied with a swish of her arm, that we could see them anywhere in the harbor. We stared ...
