    ... dropping the anchor too far out in yesterday's berthing, also experienced in winding the winches anti-clockwise rather than clockwise. Did you know that if you don't turn on the fuel tap on the outboard it leaves you stranded away from the boat in a dinghy?     Yassas from Zakynthos Greece!

    Well our last couple of days on Zakynthos were spent exploring the Island and saying goodbye to family.

    ... Argostoli sits. Argostoli developed into one of the busiest ports in Greece, leading to prosperity and growth. We went for a long walk through the old town where Perce bought a new hat which was a big improvement on the last one which I will bin when he is not looking.     On the North east coast of Ithaca, Frikes is a small port with huge character and wonderful people. Occupied by mainly Australian Greeks it's the warm welcome that make returning here a joy.Positioned at the bottom of 2 large hills there is a constant breeze from the West which relieves clammy skin from the heat of the day and makes for a better nights sleep.
