Drizzle is wet too

A travel blog entry by billy.mann.7169

... From the bay, a track took us inland through regenerated bush back to Church Bay Road. We passed Mudbrick vineyard and ventured in to Cable Bay vineyard. Their place has a reputation for a magnificent view from the restaurant. We admired the view, now much clearer with the cloud lifted, from their grounds. The view is back towards Auckland but it is over Church Bay, not Cable Bay, confusingly. So, back to the B&B. Took off wet ...

A travel blog entry by erotergum

... We had to sit in the posh restaurant bit because we couldn't sit outside and we both felt a bit under dressed in our trainers, Lycra's and jeans. We sat for 2 hours sipping the wine and nibbling the cheese and I could have stayed all night. Rather than walk back in the rain, we jumped in a taxi back to the ferry and headed for home. All in all, a fabulous day off. Great wine, greater food, greatest company. Ero Tergum ...
