      ... have a bash at some Muay Thai boxing, which is the (violent) national sport of Thailand. The gym, which is down a narrow dirt track off the main road, turns out to be a very professional outfit, with its own onsite hotel, swimming pool and fitness centre.       ... but sorta not.

      Holy ****! So yeah, I'm getting healthy again! I'm swimming laps every day... about a kilometre... so awesome swimming, swimming, swimming and then looking up and out on the ocean with the islands against the blue sky. Breathtaking and inspiring!

      I'm also doing yoga. YOGA! ME! YOGA! Seriously... and loving it! Who knew? I've done yoga before though I never really gelled with it. Now I'm gelling! ****, I actually dream about it! ...

      ... pool as well to read a bit. In the evening we went to have dinner next door which has a nice little restaurant overlooking the beach as well.       ... candle decoration (Krathong- translating to 'floating crown') made from a piece of banana trunk, banana leaves and flowers with an incense stick. They told us we had to add a strand of our hair and get rid of any negative energyfrom inside us.. And then set the 'Krathong' afloat to sea. So we added our strand of hair, a strand from a white cat as an added extra. We even asked to shave all of the hair from a locals poodle. He just ...
