Moosa recommended a place more South of the island as he said it was cheaper,we said we would give it a try else we will go back to the place we were originally going to stay in. When the wind picks up the sea sounds as though it is crashing against your bedroom wall, and the sea shells sound like they are being rattled all at once by a madman. Once we have settled in, found a good place for breakfast (most important), and found the local store; me and Fred head off in a tuk tuk to find a local gym, where ...

... to be as hard work as it was. It was a long, steep and slippery walk up to the caves and then inside was a lot of slippery rocks and small holes to climb through. I had a couple of falls and came out a little bruised and covered in mud, but it was a lot of fun and Sophie and I slept well that night!
