... sauce poured over. It is heavenly and I am definitely addicted. They give you big portions so really it would be a meal in itself for anyone else but us haha! We wandered around the night market stalls before heading home.

Yesterday we took a 4 island tour. We were picked up at 8am by the tour group and had a bumpy ride in the back of a truck to Lanta Old Town. We spent the journey chatting to a couple from Canada who were lovely. Later we picked up our ...

... up to the sun rising and a beer or two seeing it set.
It's a predominantly muslim area and the people could not have been nicer, the same smiles and wonderful experience I had 4 years ago. It was that experience that assured my return.
And so back to school next week, it's a great feeling going back to something you really want to do, instead of something you have to or are supposed to do............

... relaxedness of Lanta we spent the next few in bed being poorly. Despite this little mishap, Lanta is a beautiful island and unspoilt enough to be enjoyed. I would recommend this island for families or couples who want to escape the party islands of Phi Phi and Pha-Ngan. It was just a shame we weren't really able to make the most of our five days here. Graeme managed to get well enough to make the boat journey back to the mainland and the town of ...
