... had passed through Brisbane we stopped in Redcliffe for lunch and tried to arrange a place near Noosa to stay for the night. It was gonna be difficult as Christmas is the busiest time of the year along the Gold and Sunshine Coast.
Even Camping Grounds are full at this time. Mostly it gets really busy from boxing day to just after new years, so we still had a chance.
We rang up a place on the north shore of Noosa and found a spot for two nights.

We are going to stay with friends in Gympie for the next four days. They live on the south side out of town.
On Thursday we all had lunch at a lovely old place in Gympie (south side), it had a nine hole par three golf course attached to it.
We spent the next two days catching up and just relaxing.
