Today we packed our bags and headed back to the desert. Lots of great memories in Salona; especially this morning during breakfast when our tables shook and sure enough we were experiencing an earthquake! Drove and stopped in Palm Springs, today to see the crazy town, which is Palm Springs we had a lovely walk around the town then had this lovely lunch in a crazy diner in the centre of town, we drove around in campy checking out all the gold clubs and beautiful green grass in the middle of the desert ! ( seriously it's insane !!! ) we then drove to a little town called acton where we met some lovely locals for our final night in campy ...

Palm Springs is a Mecca for gays and old Hollywood stars alike, North Palm Canyon is the main road in the area and come morning, afternoon or night it's a bustling few mile long road. ... We went about 50 or 60 miles before we spotted a humongous shopping zone, it appeared to have everything, but importantly we were trying to find Flynn a Denver Broncos Peyton Manning shirt. No luck, but he brought some other stuff and we even brought some normal groceries from Walmart (8 Gatorade for $4 and 12 stubbies for $10!).
