We slept until 10 am! What jet lag?

We docked in Lorient at noon – exactly as planned. Since we had slept so very late we decided to brunch at the Grand Ballroom. The brunch is QUITE elaborate…maybe even over the top. We ordered a simple meal from the menu and made our way to the Destinations Table.

August 3rdMade an early start from the Ile de Glenans 8.15am as the seas were flat and little wind unfortunately not enough wind to sail so motoring again not what we enjoy but we need to move south as quickly as possible. Breakfast on the move, toast with homemade bread, jam and marmalade and a cuppa sun out lovely start to the day. David put the line over to see if he could catch our tea...... After coming back from Rennes we enjoyed dinner in the cockpit. Just in front of where we are moored there's a bandstand and in the evening around 30 or so people were old fashioned dancing until the late hours. it was really lovely to watch as it was people of all ages.
