After coming back from Rennes we enjoyed dinner in the cockpit. Just in front of where we are moored there's a bandstand and in the evening around 30 or so people were old fashioned dancing until the late hours. it was really lovely to watch as it was people of all ages.

... as it was too much bother carrying both that and the camera by the end of the day, I'll upload some once I'm home) we headed back into town to find a patisserie to get the obligatory baguette for dinner and cake for dessert (tarte tatin for me and a chocolate caramel tart for Jonathan) and started the long, long drive home. ... I stood looking out over the deep ravine in which the River Rance runs far below, and watched a cerise sun rise over the far ridge. Stunning. It lit up the wall and buildings with an orange glow. Lots of photos and then made my way back, and still not 7am.

... and walk to the village Sarzeau but it was a little too windy for the dinghy ride to the slip so we stayed onboard and Gen continued with his sewing - this time a mozzie / fly net protector for the hatch.

Mid morning the following day we moved on and anchored off the Ile d'Arz. Went a shore and were pleasantly surprised by the village.
