... like a duck getting out of a slippery pond. Not graceful but I finally made it aboard. When I had got back to Edie, I looked at the photos I had taken. Only one came out. Evidently I wasn't pushing the button hard enough. Lunch was next so I headed downstairs and was first in line. Thankfully, one of the crew noticed I wasn't as confident as I thought, and quickly threw me a board - life saver. I totally know it's all psychological, I just need to trust, I can breath with this apparatus, I can float on my stomach, I've done it before, I want to see all the cool stuff underwater, but jeeze taking that first leap and then putting my face down ...

... any action there. The temperature had fallen further to 75 here, interesting! We had read that sometimes it is blowing and other times there is nothing. Lucky us - it was blowing! It was very windy here too, and Joel hiked down farther than I did and took some pictures, but he said the view was better from where I stayed - very cool stop anyway, well worth the drive. It was getting to be about 4pm and we debated trying to get back to the condo for ...
