    ... got afternoon tea at the same café and then caught a taxi back to the resort. When I arrived I found my window still hadn’t been fixed.     So I manage to make it to the airport and through the flight and we arrive in Kuala Lumpur early evening. I'm starving but too afraid to eat!     We were picked up at 230am to start our volcano walk up mount Batur. We stopped off at a coffee place where we got to try lots of different flavoured coffee and the coffee that is deposited from a Lakwar, ferret like animal, where it is then roasted into coffee. First they gave him a head band to wear saying "I'm a legend" (I think he liked that), then called him up on stage in front of everyone, whilst we sang happy birthday to him, then they sang him another song (the band and the waiters), gave him a big pink cake with candles on, and gave him a cocktail which he had to down.
