... line-height: normal;">Another crampy night saw me a bit tired and grumpy. But we had big plans to shop up a storm in the morning and then head to the pool, so we I set off early and hit the shops by 0900. We shopped like crazy...dresses, homewares, souvenirs, gifts, and more!! We were done by 1130 (we were in THE zone!!) so we cabbed it back to the hotel where we did some re-packing before some pool time.

... do some shopping as everything is closed the next day for Nyepi day. The shop was very busy and the wait to get served was long but entertaining as we met a nice woman who comes to Bali five times a year. We also bought some DVDS to as Sunday is the quiet day day and nothing is open. We thought we might get an evening meal but nothing is open so we ordered room service. The pool is glorious and the garden is green and ...

... purchased on the streets of Seminyak. None of us had the energy to make it till midnight, so we popped a bottle a Champagne around 10pm and called it a night. The next morning, Marci and Paul had to leave to join their riverboat cruise in Vietnam and Cambodia (the same cruise our family had just taken, except in reverse). It was an emotional goodbye as we wouldn't see them again until the summer. Our large villa felt a little empty after they were gone. It was just ...

... harmless but I heard on a tannoy that went out every so I often that if a money steals one of your belongings to let one of the temple staff know and they will try and retrieve it for you. The sunset was once again spectacular. I feel I have spent a lot of time watching sun rises and sunsets since I started my east coast travels in Aus. Each has been equally beautiful and I really enjoy watching them, but generally they are all the same, or similar, ...
