    ... as it was a corner cabin and had 2 portholes, and had a great view forward.

    It was a smooth trip and we arrived on time in Igoumenista after 17.5 hours journey.

    ... the heel of Italy. We explored the monastery on the top, which was
    dominated by a giant communications aerial, then headed back down towards the
    east coast.

    We arrived in the village of Nisaki and set off on a walk
    along the coast. The path was part of the Corfu trail and ran parallel to the
    sea. Along the way we found pink pyramid orchids, freshly bloomed, growing
    alongside the path, signifying the start of spring. We walked for around an
