    ... walk we're both energised and uplifted by the presence at the convent, and we continue on.

    From here it's an uphill, rugged somewhat tiny path of rocks and steps, and at times we go off the track, before finding it again....thank goodness someone has had the foresight to paint orange arrows on we continue and pass a large natural arch in the rock, which is surprising and dramatic, before finally coming to a gentler path ...
