    We got on a local bus today to explore the towns along this coastline. When the bus pulled up it was obviously full. Not only was every seat taken, but just as many people or more were standing in the aisles, crammed into every possible space.     ... s a light mistlike cloud semi engulfing the town, but this only adds to the drama of the evening. The orchestra play to an original silent film by Charlie Chaplin, which is shown on a massive screen, and is thoroughly entertaining.     ... sashimi and he prepared an interesting sashimi platter by marinating raw shrimp in soy sauce and lemon, offered seared tuna and a tuna tartare with avocado - put together by your table. Paul had the caprese fantasy - caprese done 3 ways - traditional, deep-fried etc. with a parmesan crisp. The pipette of extra virgin olive oil was a nice touch.
