      ... pleading with Gwain to turn back and not to take on the Knight. Gwain ignored him and kept going. finally they get to a shack then the guide turn around and left Gwain on his own.

      Sir Gwain enters the shack and sees the knight. The knight greets him and asked him if he was ready for the challenge to be complete.

      I made the long trek across the mountainous terrain and ended up finding a green chapel. I heard many loud noises but I was not afraid. The green knight appeared out of nowhere and began taunting me for almost falling over when he hit me with the ax.Our battle has begun.
