    ... apartment. First of all, in Greece, you don't flush your toilet paper. I thought that was just a myth before I actually came here, but it's the truth. You don't flush anything down the toilet that doesn't come out of your body. That's how it was told to me. So instead we have to throw it in the trash can. And as for the shower, we have a boiler in our room. You have to switch on the boiler for 15-20 minutes minimum to obtain hot water for your whole shower. But ...

    ... I can honestly say I probably had the best night's sleep in five months because not only did it have a lovely mattress, but you could hear the waves slapping against the boat and I think the rhythmic sound helped. I was asleep in seconds. In the van, we pull the rear bench seat out to make a double bed, but the seats are very hard so it has taken a while to get used to it.
