    It was truly spectacular and worthy of bragging. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain outside. So much so that the relics were not carried on the shoulders of military personnel throughout city neighborhoods as is the custom of today’s holiday.     ... The streets are crammed full of cars parked in every tiny space available including all the corners of streets. There are traffic jams in all the main streets, but the drivers seem very patient, and there are huge queues of people at all the bus stops.
